I've spent my career at the intersection of people and performance.

I'm a people-first, client-obsessed professional with over 15 years of experience spanning recruiting, sales enablement, marketing, management, and talent optimization. That breadth isn't accidental β€” it's given me a rare ability to understand organizations from the inside out, and to meet leaders where they are.

My passion is helping business leaders become more effective people leaders. Too many executives are handed responsibility for teams without ever being taught how to truly lead them. I help fix that β€” using the Predictive Index's scientifically validated tools to bring clarity, data, and intention to the decisions that matter most: who you hire, how you develop your leaders, and how you build teams that actually work together.

I've spent the last decade at PI Midlantic, the largest Predictive Index Partner in the world β€” first building and running client success operations for 650+ clients, and now working directly with executive teams as a Sr. Talent Optimization Advisor. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what separates the organizations that thrive from those that spin their wheels.

Outside of work, I serve as President of the Zachary Gerald Knight Foundation, a nonprofit I've been part of since 2012. Service is core to who I am β€” and it shows up in how I work with clients too.
